Nexus follows an open-core model where the full platform (without Enterprise governance features) can be self-hosted at no cost from v0.18.0 (planned for Q1 2027). The Cloud edition saves you ops work: we handle hosting, backups, migrations, and uptime. Self-hosting will give you the same Pro features with full data sovereignty. No trials, no feature walls, no bait-and-switch.
